The Shods are a rock band from Lowell, MA. Formed in 1993, they put out five full-length albums and various other releases over the years. They earned a lot of respect locally; their 1998 album "Bamboozled" was voted Best Indie Record by The Boston Phoenix that year. They were also voted Best Live Band at the 2000 WFNX Best Music Poll after returning home from a tour with The Mighty Mighty Bosstones. They released "Tippy" in 2003, and at this point their future is unclear. Luckily their music will live on either way, and you can download everything that's out of print, right here. Note that Bamboozled and Thanks for Nuthin' are both available on iTunes now, so I've removed them from the site.
